Complete Your Application
Access our application form [HERE](link) to commence the process. Ensure that all provided information is accurate and that all applicable fields are filled out complet

Upload Your Documents
Please upload a copy of your government-issued identification and Tax Registration Number (TRN) Card. If you do not possess a TRN, a driver’s license is an acceptable substitute. These documents are necessary for processing your application and preparing your Agreement for Sale. For overseas purchasers without a TRN, detailed instructions on obtaining a local Tax Registration Number can be found at https://www.jamaicatax.gov.jm. If you plan to complete the sale through a mortgage, you must upload a prequalification letter securing the balance of the costs associated with the sale. For cash transactions, provide proof of funds via a bank letter/statement and advise of the source of funds. Please note that your application will not be processed without these required documents.

Pay Your Deposit
A lot can only be reserved upon FULL payment of the deposit, which is 10% of the purchase price of the unit, and confirmation of the payment provided. Kindly refer to our price list, which details the costs associated with our available units, along with the site plan for your guidance. We have also included our banking details to assist with wire and local RTGS bank transfers. We accept managers’ cheques made out to HAPPY COVE BUILDING CONTRACTORS LIMITED. A Lot Will Be Assigned To You
A representative will contact you to inform you of your lot assignment and assist you with identifying it on our site plan.

Your Package Will Be Prepared And Dispatched
We will prepare and dispatch a package containing your Agreement for Sale, Property Owner’s Management Agreement, and Transfer of Land documents for signing.
