This is our way of making fitness fun, adventurous and accessible to many persons. Our outings are an event that even seasoned members look forward to.
Each year we administer 4 major marquee events: ‘Hike the Blue’ kicks off in May, ‘Summer Excursion’ comes in July, River Picnic and Hike is next by August, and our Fitmas Hike lands to finish off the year, in December.
Each hike is designed to give our members varyig tests of endurance as make a steep ascent, or as you endure long walks over up and down terrain. At the end of it however, there’s where the relaxing fun starts.

Hiking is a powerful cardio-vascular workout that not only imporves musular fitness but has several other benefits, including helping to curb excess weight, improving your blood sugar and blood pressure levels, and boosting your positive moods by keeping away stress.
Our hikes are geared toward benefitting everyone of all exercise skill types – from beginners to advanced.
