OUTDOOR MADNESS BOOTCAMP
Outdoor Madness is a circuit style, high intensity workout held at Shortwood Teacher’s college every Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m.
The BootCamp is hosted weekly at In-Motion Gym, which is located on the premises of Shortwood Teachers’ College. We begin at 6:30 a.m. on Saturdays only. A recent addition to the BootCamp is “Boxing Fitness” which provides an intense cardiovascular workout. Usually, first timers to the BootCamp benefits from a FREE workout session. Thereafter, a fee is charged per session.

BootCamp Includes:
BMR calculations and precise calorie intake for your desired goal (s).
Body Sculpting and Circuit Training.
Body Composition / Measurements (BMI) and follow ups.
Hydration, Body Age, Visceral Fat, and Muscle % Calculations.
Meal plan (guide) and food recommendations
Motivation via email, text messages, visits, wake up calls, and reminders (optional)
Sand Training
Aqua Aerobics
